SOS update
November 1st, 2008Spent yesterday freezing on an open top bus tour round London with the kids and the friend who complained her skin was dull. Nothing like an open top bus tour in ice cold conditions to make your skin dull! I had followed up her query with the publicist from Space NK, Anna Rozelaar (as this was where she had bought the moisturiser from that hadn’t agreed with her skin) and this is what she said:
“If the purchase was within the last 28 days and your friend has proof of purchase then we advise her to go back to the store and talk to the girls with regards to how she is using it etc. She can then be offered an exchange or refund. If she doesn’t have proof of purchase or it was outside the 28 days then it would be up to the Managers discretion.”
Which makes investment beauty buying a little less scary!
